Package information on agribusiness investment opportunities and provide sample feasibility studies for different agri products and markets;

Identify markets for the regional agricultural products and assist in the planning or market centers, marketing channels and distribution networks.

What are the (Accreditation) Requirements?

Application form

2 pieces of latest 1 x 1 ID picture

2 photos of truck (front and side view)

Business/Mayor’s Permit/ SEC Registration/ CDA Registration

Board Resolution authorizing representative to transact business in relation to food lane project (foor coop, corporation, association), as it may apply

Statement of commitment

Authenticated copy of Official Receipt of Registration and Certificate of Registration (original copy will have to be presented)

Certificate of attendance to the Food Lane Seminar

Accreditation Procedures

1. Secure application form and checklist of requirements from AMAD and pay application fee of P50.00

2. Submit duly filled-up application form and original copy of requirement to AMAD

3. Applicant to attend Orientation Seminar on the Food Lane project; AMAD issues Certificate of Attendance

4. AMAD evaluates and verifies the authenticity of submitted documents snd endorse the same to AMAS

5. AMAD submits list of applicants to the Sectoral group representative

6. AMAS endorses the application form and supporting documents together with the Certificate of Accreditation to MMDA for approval and signature of MMDA Chairman or authorized representative

7. MMDA returns the approved and signed Certificate of Accreditation and Food Lane Sticker to AMAD

8. DA signs the Certificate of Accreditation

9. AMAS releases the laminated Certificate of Accreditation and Food Lane Sticker to AMAD

10. AMAD notifies the applicant and release the approved Certificate of Accreditation and Food Lane Sticker

11. Applicant claims the Certificate of Accreditation and Food Lane sticker from AMAD and pay the processing fee of P950.00

12. AMAD issues official receipt
