The Department of Agriculture Region IV-MiMARoPa through Rehabilitation Program intends to apply the sum of Php5,400,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Lot 10: Assorted Vegetable Seed for rehabilitation and restoration assistance to areas affected by calamity in Region MiMaRoPa. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Department of Agriculture Region IV-MiMaRoPa, now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Lot 10: Assorted Vegetable Seed. Delivery of the Goods is required in thirty (30) calendar days in the provinces of Oriental Mindoro, Occidental Mindoro and Marinduque. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract 50% similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporation or cooperatives with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Department of Agriculture Region IV- MiMaRoPa and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hour ( 8:00a.m. - 4:00p.m.).
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of P10,000.00 cash not later than the submission of their bids.
The Department of Agriculture Region IV-MiMaRoPa will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on December 5, 2017, 9:00a.m. at the 3/F, Conference Room, DA-Region IV-MiMaRoPa, ATI Bldg., Diliman, Q.C. which shall be open only to all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before December 19, 2017. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
Bid opening shall be on December 19, 2017, 9:00a. m. at the Conference Room, 3rd Flr., ATI Bldg., Diliman, Q.C. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address stated in this paragraph. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The Department of Agriculture Region IV-MiMaRoPa reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
